Very capable and knowledgeable

Excellent experience! Grant built a very nice fence and installed a doggy door for my mothers house. He and his crew were very efficient, kind, and professional. We are a military family stationed on the east coast and despite that, Grant kept us well informed of the work that needed be done, provided a full detailed description of our options, and photos to view the progress. Outstanding quality work, highly recommend!

First and foremost owner/operator is reliable, kind, fair, competent, trustworthy and has a very positive attitude. I would hire this handy man to do any projects I might have.

the representative grant, was quite knowledgeable of his profession. grant kept me informed of his intentions and asked frequently if i was satisfied. grant needed an item i had none of and even traveled to the hardware store to procure it. i give linnius construction an A+.

Excellent. Grant Hanson the owner is competent, prompt, and informative about price and his approach to your job. Mine was a messy late gutter cleaning in November. His attention to detail is superb. Never in 17 years in this house have my gutters been so cleaned. I would trust him with any job he will undertake.
