About Linnius Construction

Linnius Construction (Lynn-E-US) is named after my paternal grandfather Linnius A. Hanson, a WWII veteran and farmer. He could fix anything, and taught me my love of the outdoors. His can-do attitude and love of hard work lives on through this company.

Linnius is a full-service general contractor serving Central Oregon's residential and commercial clients. We are properly licensed, bonded, and insured for the projects we work on, and carry a combined 65 years experience in the industry. We focus on high-end additions + kitchen and bath remodels, however, we love to hear our client’s ideas and fulfill the dreams they have for their home.

Besides putting our clients first, one of our core company values is taking care of our employees, which means the people working on your project are paid a living wage and offered health care benefits. Our crew is truly a family, and we treat them as such. We take care in respecting your home while we’re working on it, taking precautions like investing in negative air HEPA air scrubbers to keep your home safe from germs and construction dust.

We are passionate about providing our clients with the best in the industry, and carry certifications from National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Central Oregon Builders Association, as well as being EPA Lead Based Paint Removal Certified. We pride ourselves in our ability to connect with our clients on a personal level, having open communication, and getting the job done right.

As the owner of Linnius Construction, Grant can be found with his hands in every aspect of the business. He believes in treating his employees like family, and values hard work, honesty, and building relationships. When he's not at the office, he loves spending time with his wife, Carri, and their three children.

Ryan Altman

Operations Manager
Ryan keeps our crews and projects organized and on track. With over 15 years of experience in the remodeling industry, he is an asset to clients with product selection, remodel design, and value engineering. He is an Oregon State grad, outdoor enthusiast, and is not one to miss out on a good coffee or beer.

Jason Shurmur

Sales + Project Manager
Jason is a multifaceted problem solver in the assembly of resources. With over 20 years of experience in the field of residential and commercial project management, Jason is passionate about empowering others and creating an end product that exceeds expectations. Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends, and golden pup.

Alexandra McCrea

Office + Media Manager
Alexandra is our social media + office manager. A graduate of Arizona State University with 10 years of management experience, she keeps our office operations running smooth and efficient. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and any projects that help strengthen her artistic abilities.

Nate Wolfe

Operations Manager
Nate is dedicated to excellence and exceptional customer service with more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and keen organizational skills to the Linnius team. He also enjoys helping others and volunteering to clean up public lands.
